Transfer the chicken wings to a bowl, sprinkle with spices, mix thoroughly so that all the spices are evenly distributed over all the wings. Squeeze out the lemon juice and pour over the wings, mix everything thoroughly again. Close the bowl with a bag or cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, my wings were marinated for 4 hours.

We will need egg whites, if the eggs are large, then two proteins are enough, I took three proteins. Beat the whites lightly with a whisk, add the starch and beat thoroughly again so that the mixture turns out without lumps.

Pour the mixture of proteins and starch into a bowl of chicken wings, mix.
