Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp spoons;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • red wine - 50 g;
  • parsley;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation

Finely chop the onion and fry in a skillet in vegetable oil. When the onions are golden brown, add the crushed garlic and chopped parsley. Cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat. Wash the tomatoes and pour over boiling water, then remove the skin and grind well in a blender. Add the tomato puree to the roast and simmer for about 10 minutes more. When the sauce is almost done, add the tomato paste, pepper, salt and sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Finally, add wine to the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley when serving.

Sometimes you want to make a delicious spaghetti sauce, but as luck would have it in the fridge there is nothing but tomato paste. Don't be upset. You can also make tomato spaghetti sauce with plain pasta. It turns out to be no less tasty, and at the same time it is done quite quickly.

Ingredients:

  • tomato paste - 200 g;
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • water - 250 g;
  • pepper - 0.5 tsp;
  • Bay leaf;
  • greenery;
  • salt.

Preparation

Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add sugar, chopped garlic, pepper and bay leaf to boiling water. Stir well and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Then remove the bay leaf and add the tomato paste, stirring continuously. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook over low heat for another 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.

  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc .;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;

The carrots are grated on a medium grater, and the onions are finely chopped. The vegetable mixture is fried in a pan with oil until softened. What you need:

  • tomatoes in their own juice - 1.5 kg;
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • bulg. pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • basil - 2 tbsp spoons;
  • spices;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

You can use ready-made canned tomatoes in your own juice, or you can take fresh ones, cut them into pieces and grind them in a blender, but not until smooth. There should be some lumps. Peppers and onions are finely chopped, the garlic is chopped in a garlic press.

Fry the minced meat in a saucepan over medium heat, where the sauce will be prepared. Add vegetables and spices there. After that, the fire is reduced to the very minimum and chopped tomatoes are placed at the very end. Salt and pepper to taste. When the sauce is ready, it is served hot with fresh pasta.

Spaghetti can also be an independent dish if you prepare a delicious Italian tomato sauce for them. In order to make it tasty and aromatic, it is best to use the freshest vegetables, in particular tomatoes. If you don't have any, try replacing them with canned tomatoes.

First of all, let's prepare the most important base for our sauce. To do this, cut the tomatoes into slices and peel off the butts, finely chop fresh dill and cilantro, peel the garlic.

Place vegetables in a blender and grind until smooth.

Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips of short length.

Chop the onion head.

Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a saucepan or ladle (preferably with a thick bottom) and put finely chopped onions there. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Put into the ladles chopped bell peppers, 2 teaspoons of basil, sugar and salt. Stir well, reduce heat, cover and simmer the sauce for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, you can boil the spaghetti.

Put the prepared spaghetti on a plate, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese and put our tomato sauce on top of all this.

I only recently appreciated all the charm and taste of Italian spaghetti. In principle, I have always loved spaghetti sprinkled with grated cheese on top, but to fill them with various sauces - no, it didn’t seem to me very tasty.

What still confused me was their appearance. In all the photos, the spaghetti with sauce looked, shall we say, not presentable.

But how wrong I was! With this seemingly simple appearance, a whole palette of taste was hidden. In short, spaghetti with sauce is a VERY TASTY dish.

You, most importantly, figure out which kind of sauce is closer to you and tastier for you.

Tomato sauce is an Italian classic. And today I have prepared 2 types:

  • 1st understandable for absolutely everyone - spaghetti sauce from fresh tomatoes
  • The second one seems to be more exotic (not more delicious) - from sun-dried tomatoes.

Sun-dried tomatoes appeared in my refrigerators for the first time this year. And I'll tell you - it's delicious. It is not for nothing that in Italy almost all roofs are covered with them during the season. So I recommend it.

So let's start cooking. For the 1st sauce, I took leeks. But this is optional. Can be finely chopped as usual.

Put the onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Since we are making spaghetti sauce, do not use a strong-smelling oil, so as not to overpower the taste. Ideal olive or deodorized.

Add finely chopped garlic and basil to the onion. If there is no fresh one, you can sprinkle it dry (but not a little). Fry it all.

When the tomatoes and onions have boiled down a little, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. This will make it possible to make the sauce thicker and add tomato flavor.

Sauce for spaghetti from sun-dried tomatoes is even easier to prepare. But here you need a preparation from the summer or a trip to the supermarket will save you.

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, three Parmesan cheese on a grater. Is it possible to replace Parmesan with another cheese. The taste will change, but in principle it is possible. Only hard cheese is needed.

Mix the ingredients in a blender. I brought sun-dried tomato oil to the desired consistency.
