When planning a trip on the Kiev-Warsaw-Berlin route, we tried to think everything through to the maximum. We had only six hours to get to Warsaw, but we spent even those small hours with benefit. We saw the main sights of the capital of Poland, talked with local residents. The Phrasebook of the Polish language, which we compiled at our leisure, helped us a lot in this. We also managed to visit a restaurant " Kompania Piwna " or "Beer company "in the Old Town.

Having visited Warsaw, we got a lot of emotions. The guarantee of this is our positive and good mood and of course the map of Warsaw, a plan of what to see, where to drink beer and where to eat the national cuisine of Poland.

Today we will tell you about a popular restaurant in the very center of Warsaw's Old Town - "Podwale Kompania Piwna"... We liked the restaurant for its colorful interior and inexpensive food. The second was very surprising. Seemingly, in the old town the prices should bite, this is a tourist locality and darkness for tourists, but the pub turned out to be an exception and made us very happy, so now we are sharing information with you.

After walking in the Saxon Park and exploring the Old Town, we were pretty tired and decided that it was time to stop, drink beer and eat. Our choice fell on a pub at 25 Podwale Street called Podwale Kompania Piwna. The location was found in advance via the Internet.

The description indicates that the restaurant has a very interesting interior, delicious beer, and hearty and inexpensive cuisine... Seeing the sign " Kompania Piwna 25 "(landmark - an arch with a lorry inside) we were very happy. Opening hours are from Mon - Sat 11:00 to 1:00 Sun 12:00 - 24:00. Ul. Podwale 25 it is very easy to find on the map or ask.The restaurant is locatedbetween the monument to the Little Rebel and the Barbican.

This is an amazing place, which is difficult to get to due to the huge number of people who want to visit this brewery. Our advice: come early or book a table in advance. There are halls both on the street, on the veranda, and in the room itself. " Podwale Kompania Piwna " completely stylized as a Czech pub. The interior is quite decent, on a level, table setting and waiters, respectively.

European and Polish cuisine, the menu is in Polish and English, so choose what suits you! We preferred the Polish one, of course. We ordered the recommended dish and cherry liqueur, plus beer)), if anyone is stronger then Zubrovka or Sobieski.

We visited "Podwale Kompania Piwna "at lunchtime, there were not many people and our order was delivered on time. The dishes were, well, very large, just huge, everything offered to the table was hearty, tasty and at reasonable prices. You feel "at ease".

And when you miss a mug or two of delicious beer, or vodka, you begin to feel yourself here, and friends around you.

Meal at " Podwale Kompania Piwna " was the perfect end to our tour of the Stroma city of Warsaw. Simply put, a good place, great company, what else is needed for a fun weekend!

And yes, in the evenings there is live music and themed holidays, you can find out in advance on the official website www.podwale25.pl, they say in the evening there is a general breakdown of the brain. There will be an opportunity be sure to go!

Summary. Podwale Kompania Piwna - h a delightful restaurant in the very center of historic Warsaw! Wonderful atmosphere and cuisine. We are very glad that we have discovered this place where you can see the national flavor, have fun, have a drink and eat. We advise you and we will go ourselves when we are again in the Old Town of Warsaw!
