We pour half of the broth with cabbage into a separate cup (we may need it), add fried carrots, onions, grated cheese to the cabbage. We leave for 5 minutes so that the cheese disperses, and then we beat everything in mashed potatoes with a blender, and in its absence, with a pusher.

To the resulting mass, add cream, salt and pepper. If it seems that the soup is thick, you can add a little broth, which we poured. We put it on the fire again, bring the soup to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Soup puree is ready. When serving, add croutons to the soup and sprinkle with herbs.

This is a delicious dish that will appeal to both adults and children. Preparing is quite simple, the main thing in this dish is batter. I will give you 2 batter recipes: one with eggs and cream, the other is more suitable for vegetarians or during fasting.

  • 2 eggs,
  • Cream - 50 ml,
  • A pinch of salt, ground pepper, curry, a clove of garlic passed through a garlic press - to taste.
