    Put the finished meat on a preheated plate, sprinkle with salt, allspice and fresh herbs on both sides. Top with cranberry sauce and serve... If you do not currently have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs as well.

    If you cook this dish from fresh meat, then you do not need to salt or marinate it in advance, so that the meat juice does not leak out and the meat turns out to be more juicy. But, if the tenderloin was previously frozen, then it can be pickled in soy sauce with garlic for 2 - 3 hours, and then fry.
