    3. Beat until thickened.

    Oyster

    Ingredients:

    • 200-220 grams of boiled or pickled oysters;
    • 20 ml of water;
    • 50 ml, 15 ml - light and dark soy sauce, respectively;
    • a tablespoon (with a slide) of granulated sugar.

    Manufacturing:

    1. Peel, rinse oysters, remove from shells, cut into small pieces, place in a cooking bowl.
    2. Pour the soy sauce mixture over them. Add water, sugar. Mix.
    3. Cook on minimal heat until the liquid has evaporated by 1/3.
    4. Beat the mixture with a blender until thicker.

    The sauce is ready.

    Soy

    Components:

    • 100 grams of soybeans;
    • a couple of tablespoons of meat broth;
    • Art. l. flour;
    • salt (to taste);
    • 2 tbsp. l. butter.

    Manufacturing:

    1. Boil the beans, mash them.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients to the resulting mass, salt. Mix thoroughly.
    3. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
