  • half a glass of rice cereal;

  • 400 grams of cabbage;
  • 2 tomatoes;

  • 100 grams of onion;
  • 250 grams of carrots;
  • 4 tomatoes;
  • 25 ml of vinegar;
  • ground pepper and a clove of garlic;
  • 40 grams of sugar;
  • 100 grams of bell pepper;
  • 50-60 ml of oil;
  • half a cup of rice.

Here is the cooking procedure:

  1. Wash and clean vegetables. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion.
  2. Shred the cabbage, and after blanching the tomatoes, remove the skin. Cut them into cubes, and pepper into strips.
  3. Pour oil into a saucepan and fry carrots and onions in it for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper to it.
  4. Put cabbage in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Boil the rice, but not until fully cooked, and then add it to the cabbage.
  6. Add garlic, herbs and tomatoes to the pot.
  7. Cook the dish for another 40 minutes.
  8. A couple of minutes before turning off, add sugar and vinegar.

To prepare diet lazy cabbage rolls, you will need:
300-400 g ground beef;
2 carrots;
1 head of onion;
250 g of white cabbage;
a handful of rice (I have a mixture of long grain and wild rice);
a bunch of dill;
salt, ground black pepper, paprika, turmeric, cumin - a pinch each.

Cooking steps

Pass the beef through a meat grinder, transfer to a thick-walled pot (or pan), add finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper, a little water, put on medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and breaking up lumps of meat.

After the time has elapsed, put the carrots grated on a medium grater to the minced meat with onions, mix well, leave to stew for 7-10 minutes.

Rinse the rice thoroughly, add water, send to the fire, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook in lightly salted water for 15 minutes (almost until cooked), then drain the water.

Shred the cabbage fairly thinly.

Add cabbage to minced meat with vegetables, mix. If necessary, pour in a little water and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat, covered with a lid, stirring occasionally.

Then add rice to minced meat with vegetables, mix.

Pour paprika, turmeric, zira, if necessary, add more salt, mix and leave lazy cabbage rolls with ground beef to stew under the lid for another 5-7 minutes (cabbage and rice should be completely ready, that is, become soft, but not overcooked).

Add finely chopped greens to diet lazy cabbage rolls, mix, turn off the heat, cover and leave to sweat for another 15-20 minutes.

Serve juicy, fragrant and very tasty diet lazy cabbage rolls hot with your favorite sauce, garnished with herbs. This dish goes well with any vegetable.
