This is my first news in my life, please do not judge strictly.

We will need:

The pork loin is a must! (I take a loin for this dish, because the meat is tender, light and lean)

Olive oil (spoonful)

Salt + spices (I did not bother about spices, I took 4 Knorr cubes: "Baby Onion" and "Baby Pepper")

In the cooking process, by the way, only 2 cubes were used. :) You can take any spices for batter, be it Tabasco or curry, only in moderation.

Cooking:

I cut off all the fat from the pork (fortunately, it is only on the edge), in this dish it only interferes. Then I cut the existing piece lengthwise into 2 halves to make it easier to cut. And cut pieces of meat no more than 1 cm thick.

Do not beat off such pieces in any case !!! (I generally don't like pounding pork. Such tender, juicy meat doesn't deserve to be abused. I do my best to cook it tender without the use of a hammer.)
