If you want fatter and richer, but only breast is at hand, you can add a piece of bacon.

2. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into several pieces, send to the bowl of the combine.

3. Drive fresh chicken eggs into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

How to cook chicken cutlets with grated potatoes

Send the container with potatoes to the stove and cook until the root vegetables are half cooked. Remove tubers from water, cool, and then peel. Grind the potatoes with a coarse grater.

Cut the peeled onion into very small cubes. Fry in a little vegetable oil until golden brown.

Peel one garlic clove. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into large pieces of any size. Pass the meat and garlic through a meat grinder. Place the resulting mixture in a deep bowl. Optionally, you can purchase ready-made minced sirloin in a butcher shop.

Add fried onions and grated potatoes to the minced meat.

Rinse fresh herbs, dry and chop finely. Measure out 1-1.5 tablespoons of the ingredient and send it to a common container. Season with black pepper and salt, depending on your taste.

Stir the meat thoroughly. As you pick up a handful of minced meat in your hand, forcefully throw it back into the bowl. Beat off the entire mass in this way. This procedure will make it easier to form and fry the cutlets. Cover the bowl of minced meat with a tea towel or lid and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
