  1. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the tails and cut into slices.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, tearing off the stems, and cut into large slices.
  3. We clean the garlic and pass it through a press.
  4. Wash the greens, dry them with a paper towel, and finely chop them.
  5. Mix all ingredients in a deep container. Leave the salad for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. We wash and sterilize jars and lids.
  7. After the time has passed, put the salad into jars.
  8. Place a towel on the bottom of a large saucepan and place jars of salad. Pour warm water until it reaches the neck of the jars. Place the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and sterilize the workpiece for 10 minutes at low boil.
  9. We roll up the jars and wrap them in a blanket.
  10. After cooling completely, move the canned salad to the cellar.

A great winter snack is ready!

A salad of cucumbers and bell peppers will appeal to both adults and children. It can be served as a snack, as well as a full-fledged vegetable side dish for meat dishes.

Cooking time: 1 hour
Volume: 6 l

Ingredients:

  • fresh cucumber (4 kg);
  • sweet bell pepper (1 kg);
  • carrots (1.5 kg);
  • onions (1 kg);
  • table vinegar, 9% (200 ml);
  • sugar (150 g);
  • ground black pepper (to taste);
  • rock salt (75-100 g/to taste).

Preparation:

  1. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the tails and cut into slices.
  2. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into slices.
  3. Wash the pepper, remove the core and seeds. Cut into small strips.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in a deep container and let them stand for 30 minutes.
  6. We wash and sterilize jars and lids.
  7. After the time has passed, place the container with the salad on the fire and bring to a boil. Reduce the burner power and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Place the finished salad in jars and roll up. We place the jars upside down and wrap them well with a blanket. After cooling completely, the salad can be moved to a cool place for preservation.
