for 4 servings you will need 80 g of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, 50 ml of water, 1 can of red beans, 1 can of corn, one green and red sweet pepper, 1 bottle of hot sauce.
Mix flour and salt, slowly pour in water. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts and, after rolling it out very thin, fry in a Teflon-coated frying pan for a minute on each side. Cut each flatbread into 8 pieces.
Place the beans and corn in a colander, rinse with cold water and allow to drain. Wash the pepper pods and, after removing the core, cut them into squares.
Place beans, corn and peppers in a bowl, add hot sauce, mix well and let sit. Serve this seasoning with baked flatbreads.
Fried egg salad
You will need 6 eggs, 30 g butter, salt to taste, 100 g ham, 100 g smoked fish, 50 g cheese, 100 g mayonnaise, parsley or green onions, 1 bunch of radishes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the beaten eggs and stir until thickened. Then transfer the scrambled eggs to a cutting board and cool. For the base: 300 g boiled chicken, 150 g lean ham, 150 g mayonnaise, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, 1 head of Chinese cabbage, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, one sprig of chopped parsley and dill, and one whole sprig for decoration.
Pour water into a saucepan, add margarine and bring to a boil. Then add flour and, stirring continuously, boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Cool the dough prepared in this way, add one egg at a time and mix thoroughly.
Place the dough in a pastry bag (or in a paper bag with a cut corner) and squeeze it through the smallest nozzle onto a baking sheet lined with oiled paper in the form of buttons. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Remove the finished profiteroles and cool.
To prepare the base, pour boiling water over the tomatoes, then cold water and remove the skins. Cut into four parts, remove pulp and seeds.
