  • 2-3 pcs. fresh red bell peppers;
  • 1-2 heads of fresh Chinese cabbage;

  • salt, ground black pepper, other spices - at your discretion

Recipe:

  1. Peel the ham or chopped ham sausage from the film and cut into strips of medium thickness.
