  • The pepper is washed and the seeds are very carefully removed from it, after which it is cut into thin strips.
  • Chopped pepper is immersed in the prepared marinade for a quarter of an hour.
  • During this time, the dishes are prepared in which the preservation will be carried out. It should be washed with soda and thoroughly sterilized.
  • The prepared salad along with the marinade is placed in heat-treated jars and immediately rolled up.

Advice! If desired, you can add fairly finely chopped greens and even tomatoes to this salad. This will only make the finished dish brighter and richer. Which, in fact, is what is required of him.

  • a couple of st. l. oils;
  • a couple of tsp salt;
  • half st. l. Sahara;
  • 4 regular peppercorns.

Sweet pepper salad for the winter:

  1. Initially, you should prepare the containers that are needed for the actual preservation. It must be washed with soda and subjected to mandatory pasteurization.
  2. Peppercorns are placed in each thermally treated jar and oil is added.
  3. The existing peel is removed from the onion and it is cut into compact slices.
  4. The seeds must be extracted from the pepper. For convenience, it can be cut into a pair of equal parts. Only after this can it be crushed to form straws.
  5. When crushed, it is placed in jars.
  6. Cucumbers should be cut into thin circles and sent after the pepper.
  7. The tomatoes are chopped into slices and also placed in jars.
  8. All the husks are removed from the garlic, and it is crushed into slices, after which, together with the washed dill, it is sent to other vegetables.
  9. Finally, the jars are filled with vinegar, sugar and, of course, salt and filled with boiling water.
  10. The jars undergo ten-minute sterilization in a container with water, after which they are immediately rolled up.
  11. They should cool upside down and covered with something warm enough.

Important! It is not at all necessary to observe these proportions of vegetables. If necessary, they can be modified and even some excluded. The main thing is to follow the rules for processing them and maintain sterility during preparation. After all, only the taste changes depending on the number of components, and its preservation depends on purity.

Winter salad from sweet peppers

This vitamin dish amazingly helps improve immunity. This is a delicious, aromatic and tasty salad that is eaten at an incredible rate in winter. Even on the holiday table it is in a place of honor.

You will need:

  • 1 kg. sweet pepper;
  • a couple of kg. regular cabbage;
  • 1 kg. juicy carrots;
  • half kg. salad onions;
  • a couple 200 gr. glasses of vinegar 9%;
  • a couple 200 gr. glasses of butter;
  • half a two hundred gram glass of salt;
  • a dozen clove buds;
  • a dozen regular peppercorns.

Sweet pepper salads for the winter:

  1. The cabbage is chopped into fairly thin strips and generously sprinkled with salt.
  2. The pepper is cleared of all seeds and immediately crushed into strips, the thickness of which should not exceed one and a half centimeters.
  3. The carrots, of course, are washed, peeled and cut in the same way as the previous vegetable and immersed in boiling water for a maximum of ten minutes.
  4. The onion is peeled from the existing husks and chopped into thin rings, after which it is mixed with other chopped vegetables and salt. They should sit for about half an hour.
  5. The released juice is carefully drained from the vegetables, and they are immediately mixed with cabbage, oil and vinegar.
  6. The containers required for canning must be treated with soda and sterilized.
  7. All the spices and the salad itself are transferred to thermally already treated jars.
  8. The jars must undergo half an hour of sterilization in a container filled with water and upon completion they are immediately rolled up.
  9. The jars should cool upside down and covered with a warm blanket or an old blanket. This way they will retain heat longer and will therefore be stored better.

Tip: hot peppers and spices can add sharpness and exquisite piquancy to the salad. For a more subtle aroma, you can add dried spices such as cinnamon and cumin. Ordinary greens can also give a dish a special charm; in addition to colors, they also give it a special taste.

Sweet pepper salad for the winter recipes

An unusual dish that everyone is afraid to try at first and then can’t stop eating is a salad of bell peppers with sour gooseberries. The incomparable combination of these components is definitely something you'll like.

You will need:

  • 1 kg. sweet pepper;
  • 4 two hundred gram glasses of gooseberries;
  • 1 l. water;
  • quarter 200 gr. cups apple cider vinegar 9%;
  • half a two hundred gram glass of sugar.

Recipe for bell pepper salad for the winter:

  1. The pepper must be washed and the seeds removed, then cut into several approximately equal slices.
  2. The gooseberries should not only be washed, but also sorted, and all the tails should be removed with ordinary scissors.
  3. Next comes the process of preparing the containers, which are necessary for complete canning. It is washed with soda and thoroughly sterilized.
  4. Both vegetables and berries are laid out in heat-treated jars as tightly as possible.
  5. Water is poured into a container suitable for cooking the marinade and mixed with all the hitherto unused ingredients and boiled for just a few minutes.
  6. Immediately the marinade is transferred to jars, and they are immediately rolled up.
  7. Due to the fact that the jars are not sterilized, the cooling process should be as long as possible. That is why they need to be covered with a warm blanket.

Tip: By analogy with gooseberries, you can also prepare a grape salad. It will be a little sweeter, but no less original. You can also literally add a clove of garlic to it. This will give the salad a richer flavor.

The most delicious salads for the winter with pepper

An incredibly tender dish with an excellent aroma will come in handy during the winter cold. Even regular pasta will seem delicious in combination with this dish. In combination with cauliflower, the pepper turns out to be special, somewhat piquant and at the same time amazingly fresh.

You will need:

  • 1 kg. sweet peppercorns;
  • quarter kg. celery roots;
  • quarter kg. parsley roots;
  • quarter kg. cauliflower;
  • half a head of early garlic;
  • a couple of laurel leaves;
  • half a two hundred gram glass of vinegar 6%;
  • a quarter of a two hundred gram glass of salt;
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Salad with pepper for the winter is very tasty:

  1. All peppercorns must be washed and all the seeds are carefully removed from each. Only after this should it be cut into several approximately equal parts. So that you get compact slices.
  2. Preparing cauliflower begins by washing it and carefully separating it into individual florets. Then it should be washed in well-salted water.
  3. The roots are peeled with a knife and cut into tiny pieces.
  4. Water is poured into the container most suitable for preparing the marinade itself and mixed with all the still unused components and boiled for literally ten minutes.
  5. All vegetables without exception are moved into a sufficiently deep and non-oxidizing container and covered with hot pouring.
  6. All that remains is to press down the salad using oppression, under which it must remain for the next two weeks.
  7. After two weeks of infusion, the salad can be moved directly in this container to the cellar or placed in well-sterilized jars for more convenient storage.

Salads made from such a healthy, aromatic and tasty vegetable as sweet pepper are always in demand. And accordingly, it should be prepared in large quantities. It is simply delicious in marinades, and extremely tasty in the form of pickles.

  • 100 ml table vinegar 9%
  • 100 gr. salt
  • 100 gr. Sahara

Cooking method:

1. Wash the eggplants and cut into slices.

2. Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder.

3. Remove seeds from bell pepper and cut into strips.

4. Peel the onion and chop into half rings.

5. Pass carrots, garlic and hot pepper through a meat grinder.


6. Place all vegetables and tomato juice in one pan.


7. Stir and place on low heat.

8. Pour in vegetable oil, vinegar, add sugar and salt. Cook the salad for about 40 minutes after boiling.

9. Sterilize jars.

10. Fill the jars with salad and roll up the lids.

11. Cool the salad at room temperature.

12. Store in a cool, dark place.

  • 1 kg young zucchini

  6. Sterilize and dry the jars.

  9. Pour vinegar on top and pour boiling water over the jars.
  10. Roll up the jars with lids, turn them upside down and wrap them in a blanket.
