5 minutes before the end add seasoning for soup or any universal seasoning. Add ground black pepper... I also recommend adding finely chopped greens dill or parsley. In the summer, there are no problems with this, and in the winter I add either dried from bags (I buy it in the store), or I harvest it from the summer and store it in the freezer. However, now even in winter it is not a problem to buy fresh herbs in the store.
