Three cheeses on a coarse grater. Combine cheese with sour cream, basil and garlic, passed through a garlic press.

Mix cheese, sour cream and spices with a spoon. You should get a fairly thick mass.

We spread the cheese mixture on the potatoes, then put another layer of potato circles, and again the cheese mixture. I got three layers of potatoes and, accordingly, three layers of cheese mass.
