No need to turn over. In exactly an hour, a delicious lunch or dinner will be ready!

    I wash the pork ribs and cut them into 3-4 large pieces (along the ribs). I rub it with salt, a mixture of ground peppers and garlic, passed through a press. For flavor, I add a little rosemary, fresh or dried.

    I grease it on all sides with ketchup, preferably homemade. And I send the ribs to marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. If you don’t have ketchup, adjika made from tomatoes is quite suitable (if it’s very spicy, then add less!).

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. I chop a large onion into half rings. I combine vegetables, season with vegetable oil, salt and ground sweet paprika.

    I tie the baking sleeve on one side. I pour potatoes and onions into it in an even layer. I place marinated pork ribs on top of the vegetable bed. Please note that the perforation on the sleeve should be at the top to allow steam to escape freely. If your sleeve is not perforated, then make 3-4 punctures with a knife, otherwise it will swell and burst.

    I tie the free edge of the sleeve and place it on a baking sheet. I put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. I bake for 1 hour. I repeat that there is no need to turn over during cooking; during this time, the meat and vegetables will have time to cook in their own juices.
