Place meat and vegetables in one large bowl. Add adjika. It already contains all the necessary ingredients, if someone likes it spicier, add a little more pepper. Salt, add mayonnaise and paprika. Mix everything so that each piece is coated with the ingredients.

We leave the cup with the prepared products for 15 minutes so that they are saturated with spices and seasonings.

Then place the marinated products in a large frying pan and in a baking dish. Place chicken pieces at the bottom. Distribute the rest of the vegetables on the sides and top.

Chicken baked with potatoes is a dish that is very relevant for a holiday, but you can also pamper your family with it on a regular day off.

To prepare such a dish, you can take a whole chicken and cut it into portions or choose those parts of the bird that are most preferred in your family. I used chicken thighs.

In a bowl, mix curry, paprika, salt, pepper from the mill, garlic and sour cream.

Wash and dry the chicken thighs with napkins, coat them with the mixture and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

While the thighs are marinating, peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Add a little paprika, potato seasoning and salt to the potatoes. Pour in 2-3 tbsp. sunflower oil and mix.

Place potatoes in a glass or ceramic dish and place chicken on top. Take a piece of foil and cover the pan with it.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the chicken and potatoes for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and the chicken is browned.

The finished dish can be placed in the center of the table or immediately divided into plates.
