Step-by-step preparation:

1. Bring 600 ml of water to a boil. Put 200 g of broccoli in it. Cook the cabbage for no more than 3-4 minutes, then remove it to a bowl of cold water.

2. Boil 200 g of pasta in the same water until half cooked.

3. Place the cooled broccoli into the blender bowl. Add 4 cloves of garlic, 8 leaves of fresh basil, 50 g of grated hard cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper, 1 tbsp. l. spoon of olive oil, 1 tsp. lemon juice and a few teaspoons of water. Grind everything thoroughly to make a sauce.

4. In a deep frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and add cherry tomatoes. Fry lightly for about 30 seconds.

5. Next, add the pasta and fry a little for about a minute.

6. Add broccoli, cheese and basil sauce, mix and pour in 50 ml of water. Cook for about two more minutes, then serve.

Spaghetti with chicken, tomatoes and spinach

A simple and healthy dish, and all because in addition to spaghetti, it contains chicken breast and fresh vegetables. Everything is seasoned with grated cheese and aromatic herbs.

  • spaghetti - 250 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.;
  • water - 800 ml;
  • fresh spinach - 100 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • dried basil - 1 pinch;
  • dried oregano - 1 pinch;
  • fresh parsley - 1 small bunch
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking process:

1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

2. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely.

3. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.

4. Wash spinach leaves with cool water and chop coarsely.

5. Heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, add onion and garlic. Fry for a few minutes until golden brown.

6. Add chicken pieces and fry for 3 minutes.

7. Cut the tomato into cubes and place in a frying pan with the remaining ingredients. Add here a pinch of dried basil and oregano, salt and black pepper to taste. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes.

8. Place the chopped spinach in the pan and leave with the lid closed for 3 minutes.

9. Add grated cheese, chopped parsley and spaghetti.

10. Mix the ingredients and cook for a few more minutes, then serve.

  • 375 ml milk
  • 3 cans of canned tomatoes, 400 ml each
  • 3 tbsp. Sahara
