To prepare dietary cheesecakes without flour, you need to take three hundred grams of cottage cheese, one egg, a tablespoon of oatmeal, lemon zest and half a tablespoon of sugar (can be replaced with a sugar substitute).

Pre-mashed cottage cheese must be mixed with an egg and sugar or its substitute. Oatmeal should be crushed and gradually added to the dough until it thickens. The resulting dough should be left for half an hour so that the oatmeal swells. After this, you can fry diet cheesecakes with oatmeal or bake them in the oven.

If you want to cook dietary cheesecakes, then quickly preheat the oven and remove the pan. To make cheesecakes low in calories, you need to bake them, but not fry them in oil.


We will not use flour. Let's take oatmeal instead; it will glue the cottage cheese together and allow it to keep its shape. Sugar can be replaced with a spoonful of honey, and raisins can be added for extra sweetness. And, of course, take low-fat cottage cheese - 1.8% or 3% is quite suitable.

- oat flakes – 150 g
- chicken egg – 2 pcs.
- raisins – 50 g
- honey – 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- vanillin – a pinch
- soda - a pinch

Recipe for dietary cottage cheese pancakes with raisins

To prepare delicious dietary cheesecakes in the oven, you will need egg yolks. First, separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with honey, beat and add oatmeal. Leave the mixture for about 5 minutes.


Add low-fat cottage cheese to the mixture, mix with a spoon. You can also use a potato masher to bring the mixture to a more uniform consistency.


Add the washed raisins to the curd mixture. In the oven, the raisins will increase in size and become juicier. Choose light raisins for the recipe, they are sweeter than dark ones. A pinch of vanilla will improve the aroma of the dish, giving it a delicate trail and a lasting aroma. And if you add another pinch of soda, the diet cheesecakes with raisins will turn out more fluffy and airy.


Mix the mixture well, and if it comes out a little runny, you can add a little more flakes. Wheat flour can also be added, but in this case the cheesecakes are dietary, so it should not be included.


Line the pan with parchment and lightly grease with olive oil. Using wet hands, form approximately 8-9 large cheesecakes from the curd mixture. Place them in the mold so that they are “free”.


Bake at 220C for about 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. No need to turn over.


Serving: hot, can be supplemented with low-fat yogurt, fresh berries or fruits. Green or black tea is suitable for drinks. And if this is breakfast, then a cup of delicious invigorating coffee will not be superfluous.
