  • ground red pepper (hot) – 1/4 tsp.

Preparation

  1. Treat the legs (if there is a hair or the base of a feather left somewhere, remove it), wash and dry.
  2. Cut the peeled and washed onion into small cubes. The finer you do this, the better it will be; the onion will give the meat its juice and aroma as much as possible.
  3. Place the legs into a deep, large bowl and sprinkle chopped onion on top. Squeeze the peeled and washed garlic cloves there through a press. Pour kefir over everything, add half the salt specified in the recipe and mix thoroughly. Leave the legs to marinate for 1 hour, but it will be better if you marinate them in the evening and keep them in the refrigerator until the morning.

  4. Peel the onions, wash and cut into thin rings. Add to the marinade, while lightly mashing the onion with your fingers to soften it and release the juice. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Place the drumsticks in a deep bowl, pour the marinade on top and stir. Cover with a lid or cover with film and let marinate at room conditions for 1 hour.
  6. Now cover the pan or baking sheet with cooking foil and transfer the legs. Pour the remaining marinade with onions on top. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, place the drumsticks in it for 35-40 minutes.

  1. Wash the legs and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Peel the garlic and chop.
  3. Pour teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar into a bowl, add garlic, salt and spices. Mix everything together. Keep in mind that the sauce itself is very salty, so you don’t have to use any salt at all, or add just a little bit.
  4. Pour the marinade over the legs, stir, cover the dish with film and put in a cool place for 3-4 hours (if you don’t have time, then at least an hour). During this time, stir occasionally so that the drumsticks are evenly coated with the marinade.
  5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, transfer the legs, pour the marinade on top and cover with foil. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for half an hour.
  6. When the desired time has passed, remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes. During this time, pour the sauce over the drumsticks a couple of times, which accumulates at the bottom of the pan.
  7. Transfer the finished legs to a dish decorated with fresh lettuce leaves and arrive at the table hot.

  5. Place the roast on a baking sheet with high edges. Flatten. Sprinkle in the rice grains. Flatten. Pour boiling water over it. Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
  6. Lay out the chicken. Place in the oven (180 degrees). Bake for an hour and a half. Monitor the condition of the rice during cooking. If the water is quickly absorbed and the product is dry, add more liquid.

  1. Salt the sour cream. Sprinkle with pepper. Add curry. Finely grate the cheese and add to the sour cream. Pour in water and stir.
  2. Salt the washed drumsticks and grind them. Place in the form. Pour over the prepared sauce. Send to bake. Oven mode 180 degrees. Time – 45 minutes.

To give the shin a nice crispy crust, increase the oven temperature 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
