How to cook meat royally? So, to start, let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small circles about half a centimeter thick. Next, we move on to the meat: we process it, cut it into pieces, lightly beat each one and season with spices. We clean the onion from the husk and chop the rings. We coat the baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the layers of potatoes, pork, onion rings, pitted olives, pineapple pieces and canned champignons, chopped into plates. 2. Peel boiled potatoes, grate. Remove skins from raw onions. Cut it into thin rings, also a tomato. Mix sour cream with spicy adjika. But you can also use mayonnaise, salt.

3. Arrange the pieces of pork on a greased baking sheet or in a mold so that they do not touch each other.

4. Put the onion rings on the pork, scatter them over the entire surface, as much as you like.

5. Now grated boiled potatoes. We lay it carefully, press it so that the chips do not scatter.

6. Lubricate the potatoes with hot sauce with the addition of adjika.
